Operation Manual of Blade

1: Open the cutting-top in order to insert the desired blade into the cutting-base.Put the slightly rounded narrow side of the blade 

insert into the corresponding recess in the cutting-base.Then the other side of the blade insert push down,you will hear a click.

2: Put slices on the blade set.

For large slices they should be cut vertically,then press down the cutting-top slightly so that it can't slip.

3: Press down the cutting head with both hands swinging.Cubes,sticks,strips all will be cut into automatically parts and collected in the

transparent water container.

4: In order to open the transparent collector and get the cutting Slices.Uplift and remove the cutting cover (outting top and cutting base)with one hand.

Press on the transparent collector with another hand.

There is a recessed handles as the outer end of the cutting-base.Assembly heir can be easily lift-up and removed.

22 Blades     6x6mm :Onions,shallots and garlic for cooking

                                Raw potatoes,Carrots,cucumbers,peppers,leeks,radishes for salads and wok dishes
